1. What types of photo magnets do you offer?

Currently, we only offer square magnets with a dimension of 5cm x 5cm. However, please continue to watch this space as we have exciting stuffs lined up!

2. How do I place a customised order?

Simply select the magnet quantity you want, upload your photos, and use our interface to crop/edit. Once you’re happy with your pictures, add it to your cart and proceed to checkout.

3. What file formats do you accept for photos?

We accept JPEG and PNG file formats. For best results, please use high-resolution images (at least 300 DPI).

4. What is the turnaround time for my order?

Typically, orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days.

5. How do I care for my photo magnets?

To ensure your magnets last, keep them away from extreme heat and moisture. Clean them gently with a damp cloth when needed.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package online.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Besides local shipping within Singapore, we also provide shipping to Malaysia.

8. What are your business hours?

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
